This position will work closely with all staff to ensure the Museum functions smoothly on a daily basis by supervising the Visitor Services Associates and will be responsible for patrols and upkeep of the exhibit space and other public areas of the Museum. The post demands superb customer relations skills and a commitment to hospitality for all Museum visitors and guests. This position will assist with the facilitation of programs and outreach projects. This individual must be able to work and communicate effectively with students, staff, volunteers, members, and VIP visitors to the Museum.

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: One to two years of experience in managing staff and customer service.
