Staff Employment

  • Associate Director/Operational and Financial Manager
    The Associate Director position acts as the Operational and Financial Manager of America’s National Churchill Museum (ANCM). The Associate Director exists to support and optimize the performance of the Director by a) overseeing and managing the administrative, financial and operational functions of ANCM; b) serving as the liaison between the Director and various individuals, organizations, and constituencies; c) building effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external constituencies; and d) representing the Director at meetings and functions when the Director cannot attend. The Associate Director is responsible for protecting, promoting, and advancing the interests of ANCM and Westminster College by supporting the vision and goals of the Museum Director and College President.

Volunteer

Volunteers play a vital role in the operation of America's National Churchill Museum. The Museum relies on the dedication and commitment of volunteers. Volunteers contribute many hours of service, sharing their knowledge, skills and talents throughout the Museum and our events. Learn more and apply.


Internships

America's National Churchill Museum offers unpaid internships that advance the educational goals of the student as well as the Museum's mission.

Internships are designed for a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week for a minimum of 12 weeks with consideration given to individual university requirements. Motivated students or recent graduates who are seeking hands-on experiences in a team-oriented environment will find excellent opportunities at the museum. Internships are available which provide learning opportunities in archival preservation, research, event management, communication and marketing, development, and educational programming.

Westminster Students 
If students are taking other classes, internships for fewer hours per week are available. To receive academic credit for an internship, please apply through MyWC - Career Development tab - WC Internship Program. Note that applications must be approved by the internship coordinator, faculty sponsor, and Museum site supervisor by the Course Add Deadline for the semester, including summer and winter terms.
