The Museum will announce a Churchill quotation and dates for the 2017-2018 school year in early September.

• Speeches are to be inspired by the Churchill quotation and be 4-5 minutes in length
• Open to all students in the 6th-8th grade (public, private, parochial, and home school).
• The competition is now open to out-of-state entries.

Please follow the rules laid out below and within our speech competition pages. We are currently working on the best way to judge an out-of-state zone competition. Possibly, it will be either via Skype or recorded video (YouTube) entries.
